AVAILABILITY CALENDAR
During the winter months our vans are snuggled away comfortably to protect them from the elements, but do get in touch if you would like to hire during this period and we may be able to tempt them away from their shelter for a winter adventure.
In addition to the above packages we also offer bespoke hire tailored to your requirements, whether its a two and half week trip or adding a couple of days onto a weekend break, we can be flexible and are happy to help.
Please note we have a 3 night minimum hire. Very occasionally we may offer a 2 night stay but prices will vary.
We occasionally can offer daily hires - please enquire for details (£165 - 10am to 6pm, selected dates only)
A security deposit of £500 is required one day prior to hire, which is fully refundable upon safe return the campervan.
Hire Times:
Week Hire: From Friday (2pm) to the following Friday (before 10.30am).
Weekend Hire: From Friday (after 2pm) to Monday (before 10.30am).
Midweek Hire: From Monday (after 2pm) to Friday (before 10.30am).
Early collection and late return can be arranged subject to availability at a additional charge of £40 each.
The calendar above shows our live, up to date availability for each vehicle. Where a camper is already booked out it will show as a coloured dot. Pop us an email with your dates and we'll forward you our booking form to complete your booking.
What's INCLUDED
Fully Equipped Kitchen comprising of:
Ember: Twin Hob, Grill, Fridge/Freezer, Sink
All necessities for your holiday in a VW Campervan (Cooking Equipment, Cooking Gas, Pots & Pans, Cutlery, Crockery, Utensils, Kettle, Toaster (if required), Cafetiere, toasted sandwich maker, washing up bowl)
Welcome Pack including Tea/Coffee/Sugar/Milk.
Kitchen towel, foil, antibacterial wipes, tissues, washing up cloth, sponge and liquid are also provided along with a tea towel.
Ember has an integral night heater
Fully comprehensive insurance for one named driver aged 25 to 75, with a full UK driving licence without endorsements. Endorsements, international driving licences and additional drivers may attract a small additional charge (see below).

Parking for one vehicle for the duration of hire (left at own risk)
Safety Equipment: First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Blanket, Carbon Monoxide Alarm

Dog Friendly - There's no extra charge for bringing along your dog, all we ask is that you bring suitable blankets/towels etc to protect the campervan's interior
