HOW TO BOOK
To book your camper van simply follow these 4 steps:
1. Check your departure dates using our availability calendar
2. Contact us by email or phone to confirm dates

3. We will then send you a booking form along with terms and conditions
4. You will need to fill in the booking form and return to us with £150 deposit to secure your dates.
We'll then be in contact approximately one month before hire to invoice for the balance and request the following:

Photocopy of driving license for all proposed drivers.

A photocopy of two utility bills or bank statements (no more than 3 months old)

The signed booking form & terms and conditions

The booking deposit of £150 which is non-refundable and necessary to secure the booking
The final balance is due one month prior to collecting the camper van. However if you have made a late booking (within a month of hire dates) you will need to send the full balance with the booking form.
At present we accept payment via cheque or bank transfer.
A security deposit of £500 is required one day prior to hire, Which is fully refundable upon safe return the campervan.
