The New Forest in Hampshire is full of interesting places to explore. What a great place to head to on the bank holiday weekend! We were headed for a little spot near Brockenhurst which has become a regular favorite of ours. Just a simple parking spot and a stream. Parked up, kettle on, bbq ready, buckets in hand the boys couldn't wait to wander through the water (neither could the dogs!). We spent a few hours catching up with family and watching the New Forest horses wander through the stream for a drink. Walked across fallen trees in the stream and played on the tyre swing. All packed up and we headed for Milford-on-Sea for an ice cream, it was quite a windy day but the walk up to the beach was worth the view of the Isle of Wight. Coast was fab as usual, even with bank holiday traffic he is always a pleasure to drive.
